@blueforge-studio/user-audit
Primitives for user/XP audit harnesses, from the proposal in PR #360 (docs/proposals/2026-10-17-audit-packages.md). Pure: storage is injected and nothing here opens a browser or a socket. Browser (Playwright) and HTTP runners will be optional exports in later versions.

parity | checkParity(declared, outcomes): a flow the runner cannot finish is blocked, never scored low. |
safety | decide/assertAllowed: reads anywhere, local writes, other writes need allowWrites, production writes also need allowProd. runTag/selectSweep for cleanup, retryDelayMs for 429/503 pacing. |
noise | excludeNoise: CORS/CDN/LFS noise is dropped by named rules and listed in the report. |
report | user-audit/report@0 builder and parser. |
checkpoint | openCheckpoint(store, runId): journey-level resume. |
Scoring lives in @blueforge-studio/audit-scoring; this package does not depend on it. Static CI mode and the runners are not here yet.
